Earth Partner Prize 2026

The Earth Partner Prize 2026 is an international creative competition organized by Earth Partner, the sustainability division of Art Partner, in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Re:wild. The prize aims to amplify young voices addressing the ecological crisis through art and creative expression. The competition encourages artists and creatives aged 14–30 to explore issues such as climate justice, biodiversity conservation, Indigenous rights, environmental activism, greenwashing, regeneration, and the mental and physical impacts of climate change. Selected works receive cash awards and global exposure, with opportunities for showcasing around international climate events

Age - Be between 14 and 30 years old. Original Work - Submit original work addressing the ecological crisis. Media Format Any medium is accepted, including: - Film - Photography - Music - Dance - Fashion - Performance art - Apps - Social media projects - Spoken word AI Usage - AI-assisted work is permitted if used as a tool rather than as a replacement for creativity. - Any use of AI must be disclosed and explained. Themes Encouraged Projects may explore: - Climate justice - Corporate greenwashing - Indigenous rights - Ecosystem conservation - Wildlife protection - Material innovation - Grassroots activism - Intersectional environmentalism - Regeneration - Eco-anxiety and mental health - Nature-based wisdom Required Application Materials Applicants must provide: 1. Up to 10 images or videos. 2. Project description. 3. Short biography. 4. Written reflection discussing: - Experiences as a young person during the ecological crisis. - Hopes and fears. - Expectations of policymakers. - Personal climate actions. - The role of art in addressing environmental challenges. Selection Criteria Judges evaluate entries based on: - Creativity - Originality - Environmental relevance - Storytelling quality - Artistic impact - Innovation - Potential to inspire climate action The 2026 jury includes internationally recognized artists, curators, conservationists, and creative directors.
