About this opportunity
The Einstein Fellowship is one of Europe's most distinctive interdisciplinary fellowships. It supports exceptional young thinkers who wish to pursue a project outside their primary field of expertise, reflecting Albert Einstein's spirit of intellectual curiosity. Fellows spend five to six months living in Einstein's historic summer house in Caputh, near Berlin and Potsdam, while developing an original project.
Unlike traditional academic fellowships, applicants do not need a PhD, and the fellowship is not intended to complete a dissertation. Instead, it rewards originality, interdisciplinary thinking, and intellectual promise.
