Requirements
1\. 🎓 Academic Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (usually 4-year degree or equivalent)
Must have above-average academic performance (top third)
2\. 💼 Work Experience Requirement (Very Important)
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience after Bachelor’s
Internships and volunteer work usually do not count
3\. 🎓 Degree Age Limit
Your last academic degree should generally be not older than ~6 years at application time
4\. 🏫 Admission Requirement
Must apply to a specific EPOS-listed postgraduate program in Germany
Must be accepted by the university
Scholarship is tied to selected courses only

Strong development-related motivation
Commitment to improving home country systems (health, education, governance, economy, etc.)
Leadership potential in development fields
6\. 🗣️ Language Requirement
Depends on program:
English programs → IELTS/TOEFL required
German programs:
