About this opportunity
The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program Fellowship is one of the world's most prestigious artist residency programs. Established in 1963, it invites approximately twenty internationally recognized artists each year to live and work in Berlin. The fellowship provides artists with the freedom to pursue their creative work without production obligations while engaging with Berlin's cultural ecosystem and international artistic communities.
The program promotes artistic freedom, interdisciplinary collaboration, and cultural exchange. Fellows often present exhibitions, performances, readings, films, and publications during and after their residencies
