About this opportunity
The RMB Latitudes CuratorLab is a professional development and mentorship initiative created by RMB Latitudes and Art School Africa to support emerging curators across Africa. The programme provides practical curatorial training, peer engagement, and one-on-one mentorship with established art professionals.
Participants conceptualize and curate their own online exhibitions featuring artists from their communities. The programme is conducted through weekly online sessions and culminates in curated exhibitions hosted on Latitudes Online
Requirements
Be Based in Africa
- Open to applicants across the continent.
Possess Some Curatorial Experience
- Practical experience is preferred.
No Formal Qualification Required
- Academic training is not mandatory.
Demonstrate Interest In:
- Curatorial practice
- Contemporary African art
- Exhibition making
- Community engagement.
Required Materials
