Google for Startups Accelerator Africa

Google for Startups Accelerator Africa is a three-month hybrid, equity-free accelerator designed for Seed to Series A technology startups across Africa. The program provides founders with technical mentorship from Google engineers and industry experts, strategic guidance, AI and cloud resources, workshops, and access to Google's global startup ecosystem. The accelerator helps startups tackle technical challenges, refine products, scale operations, and accelerate growth.

Scalable Product or Service Your company must: Build a scalable product or service. Address a large market opportunity. Have a defensible business model and growth strategy. ✅ 3. Strong Technical Foundation Google prefers startups that are: Deeply technical. Using or planning to use technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) Data science Cloud technologies Technical founders and engineering teams are highly valued. ✅ 4. Founder Commitment The following team members are expected to participate actively: CEO CTO Key technical team members They must commit to attending: Virtual workshops Mentorship sessions Boot camps Technical projects ✅ 5. Location Requirement Your startup must: Be based in Africa, or Have an African founder, or Build solutions focused on African markets. ✅ 6. Team Quality Strong founders. Technical capability.
