ANSO Scholarship

The ANSO Scholarship is a fully funded Chinese scholarship established by the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations and the Chinese Academy of Sciences to cultivate young scientists from around the world. It supports outstanding international students pursuing Master's and PhD degrees in science, technology, engineering, and related disciplines at leading Chinese research institutions. The program aims to: Strengthen international scientific cooperation. Develop future researchers and innovators.

1\. Nationality Requirement Applicants must: Be non-Chinese citizens. Hold a valid passport. 2\. Language Requirement Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in: English, or Chinese. 3\. Age Requirements Master's Applicants Must generally be born after 1 January 1996 (inclusive). PhD Applicants Must generally be born after 1 January 1991 (inclusive). 4\. Academic Requirements Master's Program Applicants should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. PhD Program Applicants should possess: A Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Strong academic and research potential. 5\. Admission Requirement Applicants must satisfy admission criteria for: USTC, or UCAS. ⚠️ Applicants may apply to only one institution. Applying to both can lead to disqualification. 6\. Full-Time Commitment Recipients: Must not undertake other jobs or assignments during the scholarship period.
