A multidisciplinary founding team Preferably with at least one technical co-founder. ✅ Problem-solution fit A clearly defined problem and a solution that addresses it. ✅ Product-market fit Evidence that customers need the solution. ✅ A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Prototype or early-stage product already developed. ✅ Validated market demand Early users, pilots, or customer feedback. ✅ Clear revenue model A sustainable way to generate income. ✅ At least one full-time founder Someone fully committed to building the venture. ✅ Scalable social impact The innovation should improve healthcare outcomes and benefit underserved populations. ✅ Leadership and commitment Strong entrepreneurial mindset and capacity to execute.
