About this opportunity
The ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) is one of Europe's most prestigious Master's scholarships. It is designed for exceptional international students with outstanding academic performance. The scholarship combines full financial support, mentorship from ETH faculty, and access to the ETH Foundation network. Approximately 60 scholarships are awarded annually to top-performing students worldwide
Requirements
- Must apply for an eligible Master's program at ETH Zurich.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Must rank within the top 10% of their graduating class.
- Must demonstrate exceptional academic excellence.
- Must submit all Master's admission documents.
- Must submit a Master's thesis pre-proposal.
- Two academic referees may be required.
- Must be available for potential interviews.
- Applicants already holding a Master's degree are generally not eligible.
- Current ETH Master's students are not eligible.
