About this opportunity

The Schwarzman Scholars Program is a highly competitive, fully funded one-year Master’s degree in Global Affairs at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. It is designed to develop future global leaders by combining: Academic study (Public Policy, Economics & Business, International Studies) Leadership training Immersive exposure to China’s political, economic, and cultural systems Global networking with top students and leaders worldwide Each cohort brings together about 150–200 scholars from around the world to study, live, and train together in a residential college environment in Beijing. Requirements

Requirements 🎓 1. Bachelor’s Degree Requirement Applicants must: Have completed (or be on track to complete) a first undergraduate degree before enrollment 🎓 2. Age Requirement (2027 cycle) You must be: At least 18 years old Under 29 years old by August 1 of enrollment year 🧠 3. Leadership Potential (Core Requirement) Applicants must demonstrate: Strong leadership experience (academic, civic, business, or social) Initiative and influence in their field Ability to work across cultures 🎓 4. Academic Excellence No fixed GPA cutoff, but successful candidates typically have: Top academic performance (First Class / GPA ~3.5–4.0 equivalent) Strong university pedigree or demonstrated academic rigor 🗣️ 5.
