Norrsken Evolve invests in founders and visionaries who will redefine how we generate energy, rebuild manufacturing, move goods, construct buildings, produce food, treat our sick, secure our information, protect democracy, and safeguard our societies from climate disruption.

Requirements
1. Early-Stage Startup
- You should be at the pre-seed or early-seed stage.
- You may have a prototype, MVP, or early traction.
- Startups from any country can apply.
2. Impact Must Be Core to the Business
Your startup must intentionally address one or more societal or environmental challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Examples:
- Climate technology
- Health tech
- Fintech for financial inclusion
- Education
- Agriculture
- Energy
- Mobility
- Food systems
Impact should be built into the business model—not just an additional activity.
3. Technology-Driven and Scalable
Norrsken looks for companies that:
- Use technology.
- Can scale rapidly.
- Have the potential to create large positive impact globally.
4. Strong Founding Team
Founders should demonstrate:
- Commitment to the mission.
- Ability to execute.
- Industry knowledge.
- Ambition to build a high-growth company.
5. Sector-Agnostic
There are no restrictions on industry as long as the company creates positive impact.
6. Application Process
Applicants generally need to provide:
- Online application form.
- Startup description.
- Problem being solved.
- Business model.
- Market opportunity.
- Team information.
- Traction and metrics (if available).
- Pitch deck (recommended).
- Interviews if shortlisted.
7. Participation Requirement
Selected startups participate in an 8-week accelerator program in Stockholm, Sweden. Typically, at least two founders are expected to attend in person.
