Requirements
- Nigerian citizen residing in Nigeria.
- PhD or equivalent terminal degree (or substantial professional experience where applicable).
- Excellent academic or professional record.
- Strong research proposal.
- Invitation letter may strengthen an application but is not mandatory for all award categories.
- Meet Fulbright eligibility requirements.
